Mum, my beautiful Mum. I wasn't ready to say goodbye, I wasn't ready to let you leave, I would give anything for one more day but I have learned to trust in unconditional love because love never dies. We carry your heart safely tucked inside ours. Thank you Mum for everything, you were the most amazing, strong, caring and kind Mum and Nanna anyone could ask for. Mum, you are at peace now. Forever in our hearts. We love and miss you so much. Love always, Tania, Glenn, Jesse and Mia.
