Fond memories of working with Vince at the airport in the early 80's. He was the MC at Jude and my wedding and an entertaining job he did too.

Sad news but hope he is now at peace

I have fond memories of working with Vince for many years. We had a lot of laughs and a few beers together in Perth and Port Hedland so was a pleasure to have had that connection. Was glad we were able to have a last phone conversation earlier this year as we had not seen each other since I moved to Brisbane in 1994.

Long time friend, loved his company his wit, we even got thrown out of a bar in Brisbane after a British Lions game. He took up piano lessons in his 70 tee but never quite made concert grade due to his arthritis. From Toronto to Barbados to Fremantle, he and Thelma were wonderful hosts to us and our family. The family tragedies he overcame,  may you catch up with them all. Our fondest love, Paul and Lyn Barber.
