Beloved grandmother of Georgia, Siobhan, Louie, Liam, Sarah, Riley, Kennedy, Cadee and Claye. Your kindness, love of family and service to others have been the inspiration that has guided our lives. Rest peacefully now. All our love, always.

The Funeral Mass for Mrs Jennifer Frazier of Mandurah will be celebrated in Our Lady's Assumption Church, 20 Creery Street, Mandurah commencing at 9:30 AM on THURSDAY (16.06.22). The cortege will leave the Church at the conclusion of Mass and arrive at the main entrance of LAKES Memorial Park Cemetery, 115 Stock Road, Parklands at 11:00AM for a Burial Service.
