  • Jack Greenway, ever the gentleman, charming and interested in all aspects of life around him, has left us and we are sad. A veteran of 6RPH and active reader for Vision Australia Radio until very recently, Jack will be sorely missed by his VAR friends and colleagues but especially by those listeners for whom he brought print to life with his rich and warm voice. I’m sorry I could not be there to wave you goodbye yesterday, Jack. Rest peacefully. Maureen Tavani

Thank you for all the help and advice over the years Jack. I see Melbourne won well on Thursday night for the first and hopefully not the last time for 2019. Regret unable to be there for you on Friday at Pinnaroo due to my ongoing illness.

It was a privilege to know such a fine man - with the lovely combination of the wisdom of age and the wonder of childhood. You will be sadly missed but never forgotten. Wendy.
