FORDE PATRICE It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of my lovely daughter, Patrice Sarah Forde, who left us on 30 October 2023. She will be sadly missed by her mother Rose, her brothers Paul, Trevor, Joseph, Christopher and her sister Maura. Also sadly missed by her sister in-laws Joanne and Anne, and her nieces Caitlin and Jasmine, and her nephews Jacob, Patrick and Jesse. May her dear soul Rest in Peace.

The Funeral Mass for Miss Patrice Sarah Forde of Woodvale will be celebrated in St Luke's Catholic Church, 17 Duffy Terrace, Woodvale commencing at 10:30am THURSDAY (23.11.2023). The Cortege will leave the Church at the conclusion of the Mass and arrive at PINNAROO Valley Memorial Park, Whitfords Avenue, Padbury at 12:00noon for a Burial Service.
