Dear Jo and family, our sincere sympathy. I was only speaking to him on the phone about the 11 August having missed him at the Mercedes Dinner. I was not able to attend the Funeral Mass due to being ill. Hope to catch up at a Mercedes function in the future.

Diane, Gabrielle and Simon, my brother Jim and I have lovely memories of Jeremy in our growing up years at East Guildford. I remember him to as a vibrant and caring priest, as does Jim. His love for his wife Jo and his family was always so strong. He was a beautiful man and I’m so sorry you now have to live without him physically. I’ve learned that your loved one’s presence never leaves you spiritually!

Deepest sympathy to his family. He was a special man and he made a difference to me when a teenager in Kalgoorlie as our parish priest and when I was at Mercedes! He touched many young lives with compassion, kind words, his love of life and his humanity for all.
