Obituary Guest Book 50 Messages

FARMER GRAHAM VIVIAN (MBE)

Dad, you travelled through life with grace and humility, right through to the end. You were our shining light and now that your spirit is free, you will live on in our memories for ever and a day.

Dean, Glenda, Chili and Ruby

FARMER Graham Vivian (MBE):

Dear Dad, we will miss you so much, but we also take great comfort in the knowledge that now you and Mum are together again. The way that you lived your life will continually inspire us and we will always cherish the times that we spent together as a family.

Forever our champion. Rest in Peace. Kim, Jim and Brett

FARMER Graham Vivian:

I miss Bud and will always reminisce fondly on the moments I was lucky to share with him, which were many. I am grateful to walk with his spirit and best as I can exemplify the amazing traits that made him a proud Noongar man, football legend and devoted family man.

Cole

To Dear Brett, Dean, Kim and families. So sorry to hear of the loss of your Dad. He was a lovely man. I'm not sure if you will remember me, but our families were friends, starting with my grandmother and your Mum's mum being best friends. I would be happy to keep in touch. I have some nice photos of those days. I lost my Mum a year ago.

In deepest sympathy to Brett, Dean and Kim, in the sad loss of your father.

John and I were good friends with your Mum and Dad, and you three children.

Friday nights in Geelong, in football season were a great evening where all of us, kids and all spent fun times at the bowling alley.

Your Mum and Dad were my Donna’s godparents, and she will be waiting for them both and all will be happy.

We were all great friends and sadly missed.

Fondest thoughts to you all from: Joanna, Donna, Luke, Venessa and Babette.

After growing up in a Perth orphanage, Polly played for East Perth Football Club and in the national league for Geelong where he introduced his signature and revolutionary style of play to the game. Polly was also an important leader in the Aboriginal community and established the Graham Polly Farmer Foundation for young Aboriginal people. There is no doubt he is one of the greatest footballers of all time and his legacy endures each football season.
