Passed away peacefully on Friday 3rd June, 2022. Beloved wife of 63 years to Charlie, mother to Shane, Clifford, Debra, Marian and Ian and grandmother to Adam, Asha, Stephanie and Jasmine.

We love you and miss you and will do so until we see you again.

A Requiem Mass for the late Mrs Philomena (Phyllis) Marie Falk of Lathlain will be held in Notre Dame Parish, 345 Wright St, Cloverdale on WEDNESDAY (15.6.2022) commencing at 1.00pm. A Private cremation will be held.

Please contact Simplicity Funerals Osborne Park for Livestream link of Service.

Rosary will be recited at Notre Dame Parish on MONDAY (13.06.2022) commencing at 7.00pm.
