ELMS PATRICIA GRACE Grace Elms, 1932 - 2022, loving mother, who passed away on Sunday, 17th of July, four and a half months short of her 90th Birthday.
Mother of four, grand mother of eight and great grand mother of eleven and a half.
Gone to travel the heavens with Dad after his 9 years of peace and quiet.
Forever Loved, Missed and forever Remembered.
