(Donald Herbert Deshon):
Passed away peacefully at Fremantle Hospital on the 17th June 2018 aged 85 years. Much loved father of Julie, Luke and Helen. Loving grandfather of Andrea, Jack, Mathew, Jordan and Natasha. A man of intellect and a gentleman who showed us many interesting and beautiful things this world has to offer. You will live on in our minds and hearts.
EDWARD (Don):
Goodbye my beautiful father. This last leg of the journey was tough at times, but one I will always treasure. I will always love you Dad.

On Sunday, June 17. Our heartfelt sympathy and love to Julie, Luke and Helen and his sister Shirley. Happy memories of days spent at the vineyard in Upper Swan with the Verschuer, O'Halloran and Kohlen families - especially at harvest time. So long ago but seems like only yesterday.

EDWARD (Don ): A highly valued and respected member of the School of Biological Sciences, formerly Department of Zoology, University of Western Australia. He was an inspiring, dedicated teacher, researcher and person with a passion for the natural world.
His wisdom and humour will be much missed.
Our deepest sympathies to Don's family.
