  • DUNN ALLISON My darling Mum whom I cherished beyond words, my best friend and confidant.

Life won't be the same without you, however the time came for you to join the angels.

You thoughtfully chose the best time to say goodbye - our usual 6pm sherry time together.

We have admired your strength, determination and desire to be independent especially these last few years. As you would say, "she did what she could".

You have left us with so many memories to hold close in our hearts and minds.

We feel so lucky that you, and our dear Paddles, instilled in us such a wonderful sense of family togetherness that we will maintain always.

Mum, you have been an inspiration to us all. We all greatly admire and respect our treasured Wah who always gave us so much love, support, guidance and encouragement.

    Beautiful memories forever

    Love you Mum and Wah

Juliet and Mike, your grandchildren and their partners, Sophie and Simon, Nicola and Harry, Georgie and Troy, Guy and Tash and your great grandchildren Amity, Woodley and Arthur, Billie and Pippin, Noah and Rupert.

    Quietly powerful.

We will always miss you deeply. You have been an inspiration to us, family, students and more. You were ahead of your time as a champion for the career pursuits of young women. So much done and so much to show for it.

A full life, very well lived.

Rest peacefully as we keep the Dunn name proudly strong.

Allison and I made an immediate connection when we met in 1977 as colleagues at MLC. She was a mentor and inspiration, and I have been honoured by our lasting friendship.

    In loving farewell,

    Jill Lawson.
