Obituary Guest Book 9 Messages

Husband of Pam, father of Leanne, Scott, John and Alexis. Stepfather of Frank and Lyndal. On 13.5.2020 Ian lost his battle with Sarcoma at Glengarry Private Hospital. Thank you so much for the loving care given by the staff in Sandalwood Palliative Care and the Sarcoma Team at SCGH.

No one I know lived life as he did, pursued his passion like he did and had no regrets. Extremely generous with his time for those in need or those he felt whose lives could be improved with his mentoring in all walks of life. Extremely proud of his grandchildren and family and he had no bucket list. That says it all.

Together for 41 years, we had such an interesting, exciting life. Never a dull moment, you fought so hard for so long, our lives will never be the same.

At Peace

Due to COVID-19 the Funeral will take place privately.

DAVIE (Ian Keith):

Go with our love, in time we will understand,

Go with our blessing, into loving hands,

Always in our memories and forever missed,

Until we meet again, your loving sister, Maureen, brother-in-law Ralph, nieces Karen, Melissa and Deborah and families xx

DAVIE (Ian Keith):

A very special brother and brother-in-law to Norma and Terry and Uncle to Loryn, Julie, Stuart and their families. We've lots of great family experiences to remember and share, particularly now on Tuesdays.

Now at peace, thanks to God.

DAVIE (Ian Keith):

Much loved brother of Shirley, brother-in-law of Rodger, Uncle of Allison, Chris and Cathryn, Great-Uncle of Paige, Darcy, Oliver, Ari, Bodhi, Carlo and Elsbeth. We have fond memories of our many happy family gatherings and more recently with your sisters at our special Tuesday lunches.

Now at peace with God.

DAVIE (Ian Keith):

Dear Ian, beloved brother of Lyn, at peace with her now. A very sad loss and still had a lot of life left in him from an active, busy and passionate life.

Tony, Mark, Julie, Ross, Teresa, Sandra, Steve and families.

DAVIE (Ian Keith):

Such a wonderful Dad and Grandad who will live on in our hearts and memories forever. One of a kind who we will miss so much.

Love you forever. Leanne, Ross, Nicola and Rebecca Proud.

DAVIE (Ian Keith):

Dear Dad, Farewell for now, but as we continue to love you, remember you and all the special times we shared together, you will remain forever with us in our hearts. Wherever you now may be, we shall meet again someday.

Love always Scott, Jules, Ella and Will

DAVIE (Ian Keith):

The mighty Snake Davie a.k.a. Ian Davie.

Our beloved Dad, Grandad, brother, uncle, husband and friend. He, as we, are so fortunate to have our family and friends throughout life. Deeply treasured, forever loved, and will be missed.

Ian may you Rest in Peace after a life well lived.

Frank, Jo and family.

DAVIE (Ian Keith):

Ian, you filled your life with things you were passionate about. May you Rest in Peace and finally be in comfort.

Lyndal, Mike, Bella and Jack.

DAVIE (Ian Keith):

Oh dear Old Grandad/Dad, we'll always save the first piece of cake for you, love you with all our hearts and miss you already.

  • DAVIE IAN It is with heartfelt sympathy that the Western Australian Standardbred Breeders Association (WASBA) acknowledges the passing of our long term Committee man Ian Davie. An owner, breeder and trainer, Ian was particularly passionate about his beloved standardbreds.

Ian was very generous of his time and always supported the activities of WASBA wholeheartedly. With Condolences to Pam and his family.
