  • DAKING (Bill):

Uncle Bill was very close to his sister Pat my mum and I when I was a child as he lived with us for a while and often did my homework .. he then left for Australia but never lost contact with his family through Skype. He came over to be with me when mum died and I regret not being able to be there for him but I know he had all his family with him and especially Yvonne and her children who loves him dearly. He will be truly lost.

Bill and I met through our letters to the editor in newspapers various. We had many shared experiences both in UK and here and shared many trips down "Memory lane" through emails, visiting and many a coffee at Hilary's Boat Harbor. Great yarns, great laughs; he leaves a large space!
