Obituary Guest Book 4 Messages

5 August 1935 - 2 February 2021

Loving husband of 60 years to Madge, adored father of Mark, Narelle and Libby. Beloved father- in-law of Kieron and Tania. Treasured Pop to Tegan, Tayla and Mia.

Lost his courageous battle and is now enjoying the peace he always deserved. Surrounded by his family until the end, he slipped away from us in his home. His family and his home were his greatest loves. You leave a huge void in our lives, however our fond memories are the bridge that will get us through every day.

The family sincerely thank Dr Gerard Travers, the nursing staff of the palliative care team and Silver Chain carers.

CRUMBY (Gordon):

Gordon, my beautiful man sleeping peacefully after much suffering. My loving husband, best friend and soul mate. I know we will continue to walk the garden together every day, smelling the roses with our best mate puppy Cino. Love Madge

CRUMBY (Gordon):

Dad, your character and conduct is the great legacy you leave with everyone who knew you. Remained strong, uncomplaining and dignified until the very end.

Whilst I have lost a loving dad and great mate, I will hold the memories forever. Love Mark

CRUMBY (Gordon):

Dad, I am truly blessed and proud you are my devoted and loving father. Living without you seems impossible and will be the challenge that lies ahead. I will face the future with the strength and resilience you have shown all throughout your life. I will miss you each and every day. Meet you in the garden Dad.

I love you. Narelle x

CRUMBY (Gordon):

Dad, if only you knew how much I admired your unique ways, from the moment you chose me. I love you, Libby.

CRUMBY (Gordon):

Love you Gordy, we'll all meet again on the distant shore.

Your wannabe son, k.

CRUMBY (Gordon):

To dear Gordon, with tearful eyes we watched you pass away and although we loved you dearly we could not make you stay.

A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts and proved He only takes the best.

You are a beautiful loving man. Family was everything to you and I feel so blessed to be a part of it. To the world you may be one person, but to me you were the world. Remembered always, Tania xx

CRUMBY (Gordon):

No truer gentleman or kinder soul ever did exist. Heaven has gained a real-life angel.

You will be in my heart always Pop.

Lots of love, Tegan.

CRUMBY (Gordon):

I could not be prouder to call you my Pop - the greatest gentleman I will ever know. I will forever cherish your cracking one liners and the love, strength and comfort you gave us.

Love always, Tayla.

CRUMBY (Gordon):

Miss and love you always Pop, Mia x
