CLUNE IVAN Ivan (Scratchy) Lawrence Clune
22.08.1930 - 03.04.2021 Precious son of Mathew and Agnes Clune (nee Dodd) both deceased, treasured brother of Mary Steineck, Agnes Dyson, Charlotte (Lottie) Barron/Green and Elsie Cunningham, all deceased, and their families. Dearly loved husband of Ann (nee Turner), deceased, and loved father of Meryn, Lucy and Timothy (Tim), respected father-in-law of Robert, Stephen and Anna. Raucous, jovial yet sincere and caring grandad to Eamonn, Tara, Daniel, Grace, Peter, Samuel and Maisie.
A man of his time. Let 'er RIP.
In loving memory of our father and grandad, with several nicknames and lots of sayings, who loomed large and loud in our lives. A genuine and generous Australian man who thrived on hard work, agriculture and developing his farming business, his Catholic faith, current affairs, politics and the economy and his family and friends supplemented by wholesome food and shandies, sherry and many cups of tea. Ivan's interests included reading, music, art, movies, stamps and coins, investments and charities, good humour, clearing sales and, of course, the weather.
A guiding light that was definitely not hidden under a bushel but, now, is sadly extinguished.
Meryn Clune, Robert and Peter Temby, Eamonn Lanagan and Tara Nababan.
Passed away at 90 years of age in the company of his immediate family. Father to Lucy Brandenburg (nee Clune), father-in-law of Stephen Brandenburg and grandfather to Daniel and Grace Brandenburg. May eternal peace and happiness be his.
Thank you for being my father, my mentor and my business partner. Your sage advice and help will always be cherished and now missed. Tim (Ned).
Thanks, Ivan, for being a proud and determined dairy farmer. You started as my boss and then became my father-in-law and business partner in Bob's Plain Agriculture. So many memories to cherish and stories to share with your grandchildren. May you rest in peace. Anna, Samuel (Jack) and Maisie.

CLUNE IVAN Deepest sympathy to Meryn, Lucy, Tim and families on the passing of dear Ivan. The nicest "poor grumpy" dairy farmer we've ever known. An absolute treasure and Phil will miss the clearing sales. Pat and Phil.
