I’m a bit late posting this, but, Dr. Jack was the most amazing doctor and I was so shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. Dr. Jack was so unbelievably supportive during my pregnancy and I was so looking forward to introducing him to my little boy. I think about him often and still can’t believe he’s gone. All my love to his wife and children xxx

I am so sorry to have read only recently of the passing of my dear colleague, Jack. He was a wonderful doctor and was always fun to work with, with his great infectious laugh and wry sense of humour. I had the privilege of meeting both his daughters when they were infants. Rest in peace my friend.

Dr Jack was our family doctor for many years and through the birth of our children. He was very supportive through our subsequent divorce and was an extremely thorough doctor. I am very shocked to hear this news. Deepest condolences to his family.

Dr Jack saved my life, he sent me for tests the day I last saw him in April and I was finally diagnosed with Breast cancer. I made an appointment to go back to see him to thank him for being so caring and thorough unfortunately that's when I got the sad news.

He was my Doctor for quite some time and I know all his patients will miss him.

The words cannot express the sadness I felt hearing the sad news that we have lost another beautiful soul from this world. Dr Jack has been my doctor for 18 years, he was there for me and my husband Peter, through his cancer, and was a great support after his passing. The last 12 months I was dealing with my own cancer battle and Jack once again was there to guide and reassure me....

Dr Jack's infectious giggle, laugh and sense of wit will be sadly missed. He was the best GP ever, his knowledge was endless. The world has lost a true gem....

I was devastated to hear this news today from my oncologist. Dr Jack had looked after myself and my family for 20 years. He was always spot on with his diagnosis, compassionate and caring. Will miss his since of humor and infectious laugh. Condolences to his wife children and family. May he RIP.

Dr. Jack was my GP for my entire life, ever since I was a baby. He did two things for me for which I will forever be grateful: Saving me from permanent sterility after I was severely injured in an accident, and for being gracious enough to sign for my passport. If it were not for the direct actions of Dr. Jack, I would be permanently sterile and would not have been able to obtain a passport. He has my eternal gratitude. I will never forget his kindness.

Could not believe this sad news of our doctor of many years, Jack.  He had such an infectious laugh and lovely smile. A very good doctor who will be very much missed. A true gentleman, RIP Jack, you were much loved.

Our Doctor Jack, we are devastated to hear of your passing, you have left a massive void in many people's lives. You truly were the most thorough, caring, reliable, humble and fair doctor. I will always be grateful for the never ending compassion you gave to my boys but also when you literally saved my life in 2008  then we began on a path of the unknown. You were always there with an unquestionable guiding hand -  who I trusted impeccably. Your care to help others went far beyond the call of duty.

I remember commenting on the kids colouring pictures and thank you's he had up on his surgery wall, he told me he has a drawer full and he keeps swapping them around as he can't throw them away, such a subtle kind hearted person. Sincere condolences to your family.
