CHALMERS (ANNE)

Passed away Wednesday 25th June 2019. Much loved and adored wife of John. Sister to Rudolph (dec), Alexandria (dec), Pamela and Robyn.

Mother of Andrew (dec) and Ronald, grandmother of four and great grandmother of five.

A vibrant life well lived, cut short unexpectedly. Thank you to the amazing doctors and staff at SJOGH Murdoch for their care and compassion.

CHALMERS (Anne):

Thank you my Darling for a wonderful 30 years.

You were so special to me in every way, the best possible deckie, chef extraordinaire, loyal and loving wife and companion. My best mate. Until we meet again I shall find a way to overcome the devastation of not having you by my side by thinking of you each and every day. All my love forever. John.
