The Funeral Ceremony to celebrate the life of the late Mr Anthony Phillip Grant (Tony) Carter of Albany will be conducted in The Bethany Chapel 1 Prior Street Albany on THURSDAY Afternoon (07.01.2021) commencing at 12:30pm. A Private Cremation will follow.
