  • CARRIGG (John):

John was a great boss, my boss and embodied all that was once the best of the Western Australian Public Service. He would inspire, be himself and show some personality, delegate to empower and develop people, was courageous, committed towards excellence, was a communicator and above all had bucket loads of integrity and honesty.

John often had funny quips and was a great person to work with.
