BURKE Dorothy
BURKE DOROTHY
nee McLauchlin
07.03.50 - 14.11.23 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beautiful Dorothy. So deeply loved by us all.
Loving wife of husband Trevor, mother of Mark and his partner Jessica, Nanna of Cameron, Kaylee, Shayla and Evie, sister of Margaret and brother-in-law Peter, sister-in-law of Greg and Brenda, David and Kristi and Barbara and her partner Ian. Loved also by so many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Loving daughter of Gerald (dec) and Edna (dec) McLauchlin.
You achieved in one lifetime what most of us could only dream of doing in two. You never got to say farewell to us but gave us some time to spend your last days with you and say our goodbyes. Our love for you is eternal and you will always be in our memories and hearts.
The family thanks the staff of St John's Ambulance, Emergency Department FSH and the wonderful people working in ICU at Charles Gairdner for their dedicated care of Dorothy.
BURKE (Dorothy)
nee McLauchlin:
My beautiful wife Dorothy. I loved you and you loved me. Heaven was every moment that I spent with you my darling. Our home was a place of peace and happiness because of you. You generously shared your time with so many others but I am so grateful that we spent your last day at home with just the two of us doing the things we loved.
Our hearts are broken but you were always so strong and resilient in any setback or crisis, and I know you would be saying to me, "Just get on with it Trevor".
You left me so many wonderful memories of our life together and I will see your beautiful face in every mosaic. I will carry you in my heart forever my darling Dorothy.
Your loving husband Trevor
