Obituary Guest Book 1 Message

BRUNING CECIL For over 30 years we walked side by side, building a business and home, travelling to all parts of the world and loving and enjoying friends and family, near and far, but today Cecil has rushed on ahead - leaving me to finish my journey without him. I know I will find him again some day - he will be sitting on a jetty somewhere, fishing rod in hand. He'll look up and ask me what took me so long to get there and did I bring coffee.

All my love - always, Kerry

BRUNING (Cecil):

With great sadness, we announce the passing of Cecil on 1 May 2022.

Much loved Father of Leanne and son-in-law Vince, Gordon and daughter-in-law Michelle, beloved Grandad of Bevan and Troy, Jayde and Ryan, Jackson and Jemma.

Loved Step Dad to Christen and Jade, Benjamin and Charlene and beloved Poppy to Chloe, Emma, Lily, Natalie and Emily.

Loving partner of Kerry.

Cecil was an inspiration to all, always happy to share his wisdom and offer guidance, with a heart of gold he enriched the lives of all who knew him.

We didn't want this. We didn't want to say goodbye, but we have to take comfort in the knowledge that he is no longer in pain.

He left us as he lived, quietly, no fuss and with dignity.

We will miss you daily and you will be forever in our hearts.

A private cremation will be held.

A gathering of family and friends will take place at a later date.
