Dear family: Sincere condolences, thoughts and love sent from the UK as you grieve the loss of Pat, and lay her to rest. I have many happy memories of my various visits to Perth, and wish very much I could have been with you today (7 Jan). Honoured to have known Pat, thought of her as my aunt - and to have met you all! PATRICIA WILLIAMINA 26.07.34 to 01.01.21 It is with broken hearts that we say goodbye to a truly wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother. You have left us with a lifetime of beautiful memories. You loved your family more than anything else and loved to tell everyone how proud you were of us all. Your strength we admired and such strength was there until the end. Your wit and spirit meant you were loved and treasured by many. You may now be gone but you will never be forgotten.
