It is with a heavy heart the family wish to announce the passing of our dearest father Colin. Finally at peace with the love of his life, darling wife Kathleen. Our very special thanks to all the incredible staff at CraigCare, Ascot that helped make his last days comfortable. May he now finally rest in peace.

  • BOWRA COLIN Dad, Colin, Brandad, from humble beginnings you have achieved great things for yourself and your family. A loving and supportive husband to Kathleen, and wonderful father to 3 children and 6 grandchildren, you supported us all and taught us many things about life, including how to be humble and practical. You welcomed Soo Jung to our family and were always excited to see and ask about Breanna and Ben. We see parts of you in us all, and have so many special memories of you to forever treasure, including some special time together in your last few weeks. Dad, you've done all we ever could ask of you, and some ... No need to worry about us now, enjoy the time back with the love of your life, Kathleen (Mum), and have eternal peace in God's care. You will be terribly missed here though. Love Mark, Soo Jung, Breanna and Benjamin (Hong Kong).

Daddy my darling, my first love, you not only delivered me into this world but you loved me tirelessly. What an honour it has been to have spent the last months to be with you every day to give in return some of the love you have instilled in me. We've laughed, we have cried, we sang and I danced. I will miss you beyond words, I will miss us. The special and unique love you had with Mum was admirable, now you are together at last. It was never a job to help and care for you but a pleasure and an honour. You struggled through until you looked me in the eyes and said you'd had enough. I fought for your dignity and pride, now I hope you rest in peace with your darling love until the twelfth of never. Thank you for everything you have done for us, you are my hero, the wind beneath my wings. Until we are together again one day.

    Love your devoted daughter Karleen

    BOWRA (Colin):

Branan, you have been my strength all my life, my best mate and my father figure. Thank you for everything you taught me; from fishing, using tools and farts. I will miss you.

    Love Jordan Koleits
