BLUNT Gavan

Gavan, I have never forgotten you and over the years I have hoped we would reconnect sometime. We were cousins separated by miles and years, but we had some great conversations and I thought so highly of you. I am so saddened to learn that you are no longer with us, and my heart goes out to your brothers and sisters and everyone who loved you.

So the tears I shed today are tears of joy because of the memories of Gavan; man and boy.

A brother is a special gift sent from God above, for us to cherish daily, and fill them up with love. In the beauty of a brother it's so plain and easy to see just how wonderful they make your life and how they were meant to be. Now what is it that makes a brother? It's quite difficult to say except he is the reason why the sun shines every day. Today the sun fails to shine.
