BIRD (DAVID F)
Much loved Brother. Albany won't be the same without you. We will always miss your wit, wisdom and love.
Chloe and family
Condolences to Bev and all David's family.
The National Trust.
David has always been a stalwart in his historical investigation and support for Strawberry Hill, or as he preferred to say, the Old Farm at Strawberry Hill. This was the first place acquired by the National Trust and remains of huge significance to Western Australia and the nation and the National Trust is proud to care for it on behalf of the community. Generations of the Bird family have remained strongly connected to the place. We shall miss David's friendly and welcoming manner and the tales he told of life at the Old Farm.
A gentleman with a gift for friendship. Deepest sympathy to Bev and family.
John and Jenny Agnew.
