Passed away 10 June 2022. Beloved daughter of Frank (dec) and Gwen (dec).

Many thanks to Activ for the support given to Janice over many years. Also to the carers who enabled Janice to live happily in her own home in

Subiaco for a number of years. Finally, the team and other residents at Opal Parkside for the kindness shown and the care given to her during the past 11 months.

At rest now with her Mum and Dad. A beautiful Soul.
