ATHANASOU (GEORGINA)

13.11.1934 - 17.7.2022 Passed away peacefully at Bethesda Hospital Claremont after a long battle and struggle with illnesses.

Mum I will always treasure the great times we had together. You were not only my Mum but also my best friend. You had a lot of courage and a strong lady always guiding me in the right direction. There are many happy memories holidaying in WA and Hong Kong together and the coffees sitting at City Beach watching the waves and sometimes watching the storms come in. I took care of you at home until you needed special care in hospital three days before you finally rested.

I miss you Mum. Love you forever your daughter Gaylene. Rest in Peace

ATHANASOU (Georgina):

13.11.1934 - 17.7.22 (87yo) Mum passed away peacefully at Bethesda Hospital at 8.45am on Sunday 17th July 2022. Mum struggled with ill health over the last years of her life.

Her character shined, she was an incredibly strong and resilient woman. Throughout the difficulties in her life Mum was such a caring and loving person. There was no sacrifice too big in her life for her family. Mum worked hard, provided for the family no matter what the situation. Mum, thanks for all the wonderful times. You have blessed all of us. Rest, be in peace (sleep) until the first resurrection when Jesus (our God) will take you home. I love you Mum. Thanks for the beautiful memories. You will be missed by all of us.

Your son James.
