I was fortunate to first meet Connie and her late husband, Keith, back in 1986. Now, at this sad time my thoughts are with all her Family, especially her daughter Corinna, her grandchildren Gavin, Natalie, Michael, Emma and her great granddaughter Amellia. She leaves us knowing that her tireless efforts to support the oppressed peoples of Myanmar (formerly Burma), especially the Karen, have made a difference to many. Sadly, so much more needs to be done now and the world community needs to step up against the illegitimate regime and bring restitution to the Country.

Mrs Connie Allmark "May You Rest in Peace".

Our Condolences to the Allmark family.

Thank you dear Aunty Connie for sponsoring our family in 1969. We wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you and Uncle Keith. Forever grateful to you. Much respect and love from Ken and Peggy Stevenson's family. May you rest in peace.

Connie was an immensely vivid personality who lived through tumultuous times. She was fierce and an unrelenting fighter for the people of Myanmar; both those that fled as refugees and those fighting for justice and democracy at home. She was much loved and her passionate advocacy and practical help will be remembered for a very long time. To her much loved family; thinking of you all at this time. Be proud of this great lady.
