ALLEN (NICHOLAS TIMOTHY)
10.03.1953 - 11.10.2020
Nick died quietly at home, unlike the way he lived!
I'm heartbroken. I cannot find the adequate words but I'm so thankful for the laughs, the love, the energy, the generosity, our long journey and the ride of a lifetime.
He gained so much pleasure from his friends around the world and from our large loving family; Michael and Irene, Jeremy and Pauline, Mandy, Fran and Tony, Marg and Ian, Chris and Kevin, Ronnie and Peter, Dorothy and Fred, Linda and Greg; and especially that great hoard of nieces and nephews who kept him laughing; Matthew, Garrick, Breony and Nick, Laine, Jacqui, Jane and Justin, Nikki and Leon, Claire and Andrew, Michael and Mandy, Felicity and Elaine, Catherine, Stephen and Jayne, David and Sophie, Jenny and Phil, Tom, Charlie, Max, Evie, Hannah, Riley, Madeleine, Evan, Zac, Florence, Sidney, Harvey, Curtis, Jesse and our new little one Peter.
"He lived and laughed and loved and left" (James Joyce) and the world will never be the same
Forever by my side

ALLEN NICK There have been so many wonderful things in which you and Helen included me, for which I will be forever grateful.
Always lavishly entertained by you and Helen, many times in Perth, Melbourne, San Francisco, London and France. You enriched my life.
You were such a role model to many, but to me you were a gorgeous, generous human being who will leave us full of joy in having known you. I love how you have loved all her family, but mostly how you loved Helen.

ALLEN NICK Forever curious about everyone and everything, your enquiring mind and inimitable spirit knew no bounds. You inspired us to follow suit. We fell short of your excellence but were inspired and in awe of your energy and love of life. You were a generous and discreet benefactor of the Arts, and Medical Research. Thank you. We will continue revelling in life's gifts and glory, in your memory. You will never be forgotten. We are heartbroken for your beautiful Helen.
