AINSWORTH (Theresa):

When I was starting my job as an agency PCA many years ago, Theresa was one of the most helpful people one could ever meet in a hospital! She was friendly to everyone she would meet and would always have a beaming smile on her face for you when you would encounter her. I am grateful that she asked me how I was going during my work day, she was a peaceful person. She was diligent in her work and respected by her colleagues, a hard worker. My thoughts are with her immediate family and workmates.
