Don is sitting under our tall Red Gum tree,

On the hill overlooking our property and down the valley,

Keeping his eyes on Leonie and the rest of us every day

In his quiet and unassuming way.

Those we love don't go away,

They walk beside us every day,

Unseen, unheard, but always near,

Still loved, still missed and very dear.
