Treasured memories of our beautiful son Sam who passed away a year ago.
It is still hard to comprehend that you are not here with us and we can not pick up the phone and talk like we used to, but at least you are home with all your family. There is not a day that goes by that you are not in our thoughts and prayers with many silent tears shed.
It has been a hard year but with the love of all our family and friends it has been a little easier.
We dearly love you Sam and we will always remember the happy times.
