KIRWAN (Frank McLeod):
23.10.1937-28.10.1976 Aged 39. Today marks 40 years since this wonderful man died. A man who tirelessly worked to make the world a better place.
A minister of religion, and the only Labor Member to ever hold the federal seat of Forrest. His dedication and love for his family held no bounds.
He was my brother!
