JACKSON LAURIE ARTHUR 17.04.1930 - 31.07.1989 Thirty sad years ago today I lost my protector, my friend, my hero - my Dad.

I will always remember and value your life of sacrifice and hard work for your family, your integrity, your kindness and humour, your many talents and your strength of character. Your life story has been passed down to your beautiful granddaughters, Rebecca and Chloe, and your precious great grandson, Henley. I wish you were here to guide and love them Dad - they have missed out on so much by not having you in their lives - but now they are your loving legacy and will hold onto your memory always. They know you were a good man, husband, father and grandfather.

Although your smile is gone forever and your hand I cannot touch, I have so many memories of the Dad I loved so much. Your memory is my keepsake with which I'll never part. God has you in His keeping, I have you in my heart.
