GABRIELSON (Ron):
My Dad was a great bloke who was larger than life in every way. He had a unique way of bringing people together an adding colour to everyone's life. Even though he didn't love basketball and wasn't keen on me marrying a Victorian, he adopted the sport and always supported my whole family. He cheered us on through everything, and was always our family's loudest and proudest supporter. His stories are legendary. My eldest told me that no matter how jet lagged he was, the trip down to see his Grandad was always worth it for them. We all felt that way about him. The world is duller for you leaving but you have left your legacy on in two beautiful sons and magnificent grandchildren. Love you to the stars and back, your princess and the Black Family.
