It's lonely here without you

I miss you more each day For life is not the same for me

Since you were called away

To your resting place, I visit

Place flowers there with care

But no one knows my heartache

When I turn and leave you there

The moment that you died My heart was torn in two One side was filled with heartache

The other died with you It is sad to walk the road alone

Instead of side by side But to all, there comes a moment

When the ways of life divide

You gave me years of happiness

Then came sorrow and tears

But you left me beautiful memories

I will treasure through the years.
