WHITFIELD (Colin):
The Funeral Service for Colin Reginald Whitfield of RAAFA Village, Erskine (WA) and formerly of Mandurah (WA), Ardross (WA), Croyden (Vic), Killarnie Heights- Forestville (NSW) and Homebush (NSW) was held at Mandurah Seasons Chapel, 49 Pinjarra Road, Mandurah on Wednesday (28.10.2015).
Col was CA, CPA, CPA Audit, ASAI, CG, former Chief Accountant of BP Australia Ltd, BP Refineries (Kwinana Pty Ltd) and BP Fremantle Ltd at BP House, 1 Mount Street, Perth from 1978-1986 and prior Australian National Group Audit Manager Head Office, States, Territories, Installations, Agents and Distributors including Wesfarmers, Kleenheat Gas and BP's 1/6th interest in Woodside.
Col joined COR Ltd/later British Petroleum of Australia in 1946 in Sydney following his education at Homebush Boys College retiring with 40 years of unquestionable service in 1986. A special Tribute within the Eulogy was delivered by Mrs Sue Quinones (nee Vidler), State Distributor and CEO of Air BP Western Australia.
