Funeral Notice
WHITE:
The Funeral Cortege for Master Jack White of Shelley will arrive at the main entrance of KARRAKATTA Cemetery, Railway Road, Karrakatta at 10:30am on SATURDAY (14.03.2015) for a Cremation Service. A public viewing for close family and friends will be held in Leanne O'Dea Chapel, 1307 Albany Highway, Cannington on Friday 13th March from 5 til 7pm. It is Jack's wish that his guests please wear red or blue clothing to the Funeral Service.
In lieu of flowers Jack has respectfully requested that a donation be made in his name to the AMDF.
