The Funeral Service for the late Mrs Joan Thompson of Shoalwater Aged Care, formerly of Beverly Hills, Sydney, NSW will be held in Our Chapel, 69 Dixon Rd, Rockingham at 2.30pm FRIDAY (23.8.2013).
A Private Burial will be held at a later date at Kemps Creek, NSW.
No flowers by request. Donations in lieu to Calvary Health Care, Sydney - Palliative Care.
