The Funeral Service for Mrs Cheryl Anne Thomas (nee Clarke) of Ellenbrook will take place in our Chapel 131 Great Eastern Highway, Bellevue commencing at 11:30am FRIDAY (9.11.2012).
Cremation will take place privately at a later time. Family request donations to Bethesda Hospital in lieu of flowers.
