The Funeral Service for Mrs Daphne Stain (nee MacLeod) of Anchorage Aged Care Mindarie, formerly of Claremont will take place in our Chapel, 502 Wanneroo Rd (Cnr Victoria Rd), Westminster commencing at 1.30pm WEDNESDAY (14.11.2012).
Cremation will take place privately at a later time.
