The Funeral Service to celebrate the life of Mr Pat Smith of Bentley will be held in Seasons Chapel, cnr Nicholson Road and Tulloch Way, Canning Vale on THURSDAY (24.10.2013) commencing at 12.00 noon.
Those wishing to pay their last respects to Pat may do so in our Chapel from 11.30am to 12 noon.
