The Funeral Service to celebrate the life of the late Mr Geoffrey Alan Smith of Coogee, will be held at FREMANTLE Cemetery at 1.00pm on THURSDAY AFTERNOON (24.12.2015) in the West Chapel.
Please assemble at the Main Entrance.
The family have requested that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Silver Chain Hospice.
