Funeral Notice
SMITH:
The Funeral Service to celebrate the life of Mrs Elena Maria Smith of Hamilton Hill, will be held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 82 Collick St, Hilton on THURSDAY (9.10.2014) at 11.00am. The Cortege will leave the Church at the conclusion of the Service and will arrive at the main entrance of FREMANTLE Cemetery, Carrington St, Palmyra at 12.00noon for a Cremation Service in the West Chapel.
There will be a Eulogy and Tribute at the Crematorium Service, followed by a Wake at the conclusion of the Funeral.
The family request colour to be worn and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Mental Health Research Institute would be greatly appreciated.
