The Funeral Mass for Mrs Tessa Barbara Sliwa of Mount Lawley will be celebrated in Our Lady Queen of Poland Catholic Church Eighth Avenue Maylands commencing at 10:00am on TUESDAY the (6.09.2016). The cortege will leave the Church at the conclusion of the Service and arrive at the main entrance of KARRAKATTA Cemetery, Railway Road, Karrakatta at 12 noon for a Cremation Service.
