SIERAKOWSKI:
The Funeral Service for Mrs Wendy Sierakowski of Cottesloe will be conducted in the Chapel of St Thomas Aquinas, Aquinas College, 58 Mt Henry Road, Salter Point at 11.30am on WEDNESDAY (27.5.2015). Parking will be available on Lynch Oval.
Following the Service a Private Family Cremation Service will be held.
No flowers by request, donations in lieu to "Friends of Breast Cancer Research". Envelopes with further details for donations available on the day.
