SHACKLES (Thomas):
A very worthy Outdoor Recreation 'Warrior' and Leader who added much to the respective standards of instructors and participants in a whole range of Outdoor Pursuits in WA and nationally over many years. Those efforts have assisted thousands of young and not-so-young people to enjoy their outdoor recreation pursuits safely. Thank you Tom for an enormous contribution and deepest sympathy to all surviving family; the outer and greater family members and friends that he loved.
