The Commodore, Flag Officers, Members and Staff of the Royal Perth Yacht Club extend their deepest sympathies to Trish, Danicia, Justin and family on the sad loss of Commodore Quinlan. Kel undertook over 20 years of service on committees, culminating in the role of Commodore from 1995-1997. He was a Member for 55 years. Committed and fiercely loyal to the Club and sailing, Kel owned a number of boats including his cherished Rhythm ‘N' Blues. A well loved Commodore, Kel will be sadly missed by all.
