Funeral Notice

6.3.1979 - 25.10.2016 The Psuj and Smith families warmly invite you to celebrate the life of our beloved Peter who sadly left us on Tuesday 25th October 2016.
The Funeral will be held at PINNAROO Valley Memorial Park, Whitfords Avenue, Padbury at the West Crematorium Chapel on SATURDAY (5.11.2016) at 9.00am followed by refreshments in the Chapel lounge.
After the Service, we would love anyone who wishes to share memories and stories of Peter to join us at one of his favourite places, Chester's Restaurant from 1pm, Henley Brook.
A separate Memorial Mass will be held the day before the Service for all who wish to attend. Friday 4th November at 7.30pm at the Polish Church in Maylands, 35 Eighth Avenue, Maylands.
The Mass will be held in both Polish and English and all are welcome. The Mass will be followed by light refreshments.
Peter loved animals. In lieu of flowers, we kindly request that you consider a donation as we would like to support WISH Animal Rescue Team in Peter's honour.
