The Funeral Service for the late Constance Jane (known as Connie) Posniak will assemble at the Purdie Pavilion of FREMANTLE Cemetery for a Chapel Service commencing at 1.30pm on FRIDAY (27.10.2017). At the conclusion of the Service the Cortege will proceed to Graveside for Interment.
